For me, your version of GHB is a mix of Japanese demon depictions, chibi, and bright classic comic style. The colors and proportions almost make you forget that this is the much-feared Grand Highblood splashing blood everywhere, and that we're witnessing something that should be scary.

Instead, this picture is sickeningly sweet. It's almost like the sweet, cute aspects of it make it more insane, similar to a murderous teddy bear.

That being said, I think you did a wonderful job blending your personal art style with the image of the Grand HighBlood as depicted in the comic, and a touch of the fun and innocence you might expect from, say, an intoxicated Gamzee.

As far as actual form goes, your line art is solid, and the detailing in his clothing is impeccable. I would, however, improve on pose and posture. The angles of his feet and hands seem slightly off, almost as if his joints are being forced into unnatural positions. His raised arm seems to be holding the club in a position where, if copied by a model, he would injure himself either via twisting his wrist and elbow, of by having the club's spikes dig into his flesh.

Overall I think it's a wonderful effect, and lovely outcome. Great job!
